Baia Pasta was started in 2011 by Renato Sardo (left) & Dario Barbone (right). For 8 years, Renato was the Director of Slow Food International, an organization that promotes local, sustainable, and fair food worldwide. Upon moving to the Bay Area, Renato helped found Slow Food USA and organized its San Francisco events, where he met and eventually partnered with Dario. Together they are converting the Slow Food theory into practice. Baia Pasta combines the art of traditional Italian pasta making with organic American-grown grains. Baia Pasta is organic, artisanal, and locally made in Oakland!

The Marvin family has been deeply involved in the science, art and practice of maple sugaring and the Vermont Maple Industry since the 1940’s. A legacy and heritage we’re proud to carry forward as the next generation. Our story has become greater than that of just our own family. It extends to all those with whom we work – the sugarmakers that supply us, the customers whom we supply, and the Butternut Mountain Farm crew. Their stories are the story of Butternut Mountain Farm and we’re grateful for all that they’ve done to help to make us who we are.

If you take the time to care for it, work it, and turn it, the soil will work for you for a long time – not just this season.” Earl’s Organic Produce wasn’t built from a meticulous business plan or a grand vision. An authentic passion for food and pure, fertile soil together fostered what would become the leading regional distributor of organic produce.
Wildtime Foods was founded in 1981 with a simple granola recipe and a bicycle. We have since replaced the bicycle, but we still make by hand our granolas, trail mixes & raw grain cereals with a focus on producing REAL HONEST FOOD with exceptional taste & quality.
